DPF Soot Level Resetter – CAT C3.3 / C3.8 (CAT 14 PIN)

Easy-to-use standalone tool designed to reset the DPF Soot Level in CAT C3.3 and C3.8 engines equipped with a Diesel Particulate Filter. The tool works automatically – just connect it to the diagnostic connector.

This tool is needed:

• During scheduled maintenance every 3,000 hours
• In case of heavy soot accumulation in the DPF

How to use this tool?

1. Switch machine ignition ON.
2. Connect the tool to the CAT 14 PIN  diagnostic connector.
3. Wait around 10 seconds.
4. Done – soot level has been reset to zero.

Compatible engines

• CAT C3.3 (with DPF)
• CAT C3.8 (with DPF)

Important: This tool does NOT work with CAT C3.4 engines!
